Biography of a Sports Car DVD offers a "behind-the-scenes" look at how the second generation Corvette was developed. This was the first major redesign of the Corvette since its introduction.
Watch GM engineers, stylists and designers plan then assemble the first prototype of the Corvette Stingray at the GM Technical Center.
Then it's off to the GM Proving Ground in Milford, Michigan to test the Corvette on its high-speed oval. All of these activities are done under the watchful eye of Zora Duntov, Corvette's Chief Engineer.
Newly remastered from the original 1978 video, this DVD has a running time of 19 minutes and 58 seconds.
